This is one of the last remaining scratch bakeries left, so many bakeries are turning to freeze and thaw and dip out products that the real art of baking is being left behind. Sontheimers baked goods are made by people who have been doing this all their lives, so there is something to say for that, and only the best ingredients are used, as you can tell by tasting everything in that small quaint store. Streusel roll, cream filled cupcakes, fresh fruit pies and the lady baltimore cake, fruit danish and others. There is nothing in there I tried that is not delicious, stop and see for youself, tastebuds don't lie.
