Sono Bello Tacoma

I went to Sono Bello looking for a change. I had went through years of depresssion, miscarriage after miscarriage and disappointing diet after another. I worked out and ate right. I cheated now and than but who doesn't. But I just couldn't lose the weight. I had heard the ads for Sono Bello on the radio but thought I can't do that, I am sure its toooooo much and I am sure they are just blowning smoke up you know where. But one day when I had had enough, I went to the website and scrolled through the before and after pictures. I made the call that moment for a consultation. Everyone was so wonderful and made you feel so comfortable. I decided to have my tummy, hips and back bra roll done. I would recommend Dr. Sobel he did an AMAZING job making me feel comfortable and safe. I had the procedure done a week ago and I already feel like I have a new body. I am not going to say that I am pain free and I am still puffy, but I was off pain meds after the first day and back to a normal day within a few days. If you are looking for a change in you life I would say go see the amazing, caring and supportive people at Sono Bello Tacoma you will NOT regret it! more

I'm a soldier in the Army. As a woman I work out often but just couldn't to get it right. I had the same surgery yrs ago from another location and the pain was unbearable. The procedure here at 2 weeks I'm working and feeling so good and confident. Not to mention I'm dropping pounds and inches like CRAZY!!!! I look fabulous in a dress and a tight one at that lol. Bottom line, if you decide to visit it will be worth every penny spent. The staff is wonderful. they send you weekly updates of expectations from surgery. I love it the new me! I have a few friends for life. more

Since I had children, I have been on an uphill battle to lose my extra stomach that came along with my bundles of joy. It was getting to the point where I didn't want to go out, I didn't want to see anyone, I was becoming a shell of the outgoing person I once was. Then I heard a commercial on the radio for Sono Bello and I knew I had to check it out. I started researching and from what I found out I made a consult appt. that day. I was scared to have the procedure done but as soon as I walked into the office the butterflies in my stomach subsided. The reception staff was so friendly and welcoming. I did not feel judged at all. Then after my consult I knew I was going to have the procedure. She was so kind and patient with me, listening to everything I had to say and reassuring me with answers to my questions. The day of my surgery came and I was very scared. Having a procedure done while you're awake isn't a very calming thought! The nurse brought me back and helped get me ready. She was so funny, while still being professional, she put me at ease right away. Dr. Patel performed the surgery and did a fabulous job! The best part was that it was not painful! I felt the instruments moving a little bit and that was all. They have music on if you want it and converse with you to keep the mood ""light"". Before I knew it, it was over. The nurses stepped in again and did not let me out of their sight until I was in the passenger seat of my friends vehicle! Dr. Patel and the nurses phoned me a few times the next couple of days to make sure I was doing ok. Then it was time for my follow up visit. They took the after pictures and compared them to my before. . I was speechless, I couldn't believe what a difference there was and that was when I was still swollen!!! I was so happy. Of course the swelling has gone down even more now and I feel wonderful! It was the kick start I needed to get serious about taking care of my body. My clothes are fitting me again and I feel my self-confidence coming back The nurses and everybody I met in the office were incredibly kind and caring. I'm considering having another procedure done! I couldn't be more happy with my entire experience at Sono Bello. From the first time I walked in and throughout all my appointments the entire staff was welcoming and fun! ALL of my questions were answered realistically so I knew exactly what to expect from the procedure. The procedure itself was easy and fun! From the minute I walked through the door I knew I had made the right decision... I had done my research, and after a couple years of waiting, I finally decided to give it a try. Sono Bello-Tacoma has been with me all the way. From the first phone call to the present, 7th week of recovery. They have been a complete partner in the process. After surgery I was sent home with very specific instructions on how to take care of myself for the next few days. I felt great in a short amount of time and returned to work in 3 days. Sometimes I get anxious and I forget the things that Dr. Sobel explained to me regarding recovery and as soon as that happens I receive an email from the office that is right on topic. First of all I would like to thank Heather and the wonderful staff at Sono Bello. The first impression is the most lasting. The Tacoma office was beautiful and really gave me a warm feeling. Although, this was my first experience I was very nervous. I really did not know what to expect. Heather told me that she had the right Dr. for me and she was right! Dr. Sobel did such a wonderful job in helping me understand the process and made sure I was comfortable. Jennifer the nurse was awsome too! Thanks Jennifer for patience and kindness. I had my procedure on Friday, 16 September 2011. Dr. Patel was a great doctor. He answered all of our questions and took my anxiety into account before and during the procedure. I had some discomfort during the procedure, and Dr. Patel listened and took care of it. I had oozing on Friday night into Saturday, and some of Saturday. All the oozing cleared up by Sunday afternoon. I can already see a huge difference in my body structure. I took the pain meds on Friday and Saturday, but did not need them after Saturday evening. I went back to work on Tuesday, 20 September. I am now 1 and 1/2 weeks post-procedure and I am once again doing my workout on the treadmill. I will start doing some sit-ups by the end of this week, body willing. I have already lost 10 lbs. I still have SEVERAL lbs to go, but Dr. Patel has given me a ""jump-start"" on things. There were some poise pads in the take-home bag, but nothing like gauze pads to help with the oozing. more
