My experience with Sonobello of Orlando was great!! The smiling faces and customer service you receive here is unbeatable. Sonobello of Orlando has a very clean and therapeutic building, that makes you feel calm and right at home. You walk in to the smiling and welcoming faces of their secretaries Tangiri and DJ. The consultant Chelsea and Assistant Practice Manager Lisa Quinones are very down to earth and go out their way to make sure ALL your needs are met and all your questions are answered. Other employees I have had encounters with are Ray, Emmy and not to mention Arielle whom is great with doing the UV radiated Venus Treatment. My results from my procedure with Dr. Z are going as planned and the staff do a great job of reassuring me of that. No business is PERFECT, so the ONLY thing Sonobello Of Orlando can improve in is keeping scheduled appointment times within a 15min window of that time. Overall, Care has been great and customer service has been phenomenal. You should definitely give them a Try!! more

I would recommend Sonobello to anyone who wants to be treated with friendly, professional, knowledgeable service. The atmosphere from start to finish was relaxing. The staff are very friendly, the nurses and doctors are a shear pleasure to work with. The day of the procedure I was fully relaxed, yet awake, the procedure felt more like a relaxing massage, music, cheerful banter between myself, the nurse and the doctor made the time fly by. I am so glad I chose Sonobello for my procedure. The results were fantastic and the memory and experience will always be a good one. You will be glad TOO. more

Consultants, front desk, Doctor and nurses are so very nice!! I had a very pleasant call from the office manager (very pretty young lady) checking on me when I forgot my 1 week post op appointment. She was able to get me in right away!! more

At first I was upset that my scheduling was messed up. They took the effort to put me in. I was very thankful and grateful since I had taken 2 days off for this. They were wonderful, courteous, caring and highly thoughtful. Thank you staff of Orlando. It's day 2 and kids noticed immediately. more

It was the best decision ever! 11/22/2017

I had my two surgeries in July and first week in August. Doctor Z was wonderful and caring. He knew my goals and what I wanted to accomplish with my laser lipo. My experience was awesome and would recommend to anyone. People need to realize that the laser lipo is a start to a new journey and not expect to look like a barbie right after. It takes surgery and your part of work to accomplish your goals. With surgery and start of low cardio I have met my ideal weight that I wanted and my body looks amazing! I am turning 40 and by just working out was not cutting it. I had two babies with not much stretch marks which led me to laser lipo instead of tummy tuck. After the surgery I still don't show no saggyness at all. It was the best decision ever! more

VERY pleased with the staff!! Due to some hesitation on my cardiologists part..., my procedure almost didn't happen!! Cindy..., worked tirelessly on my behalf to get me approved for my procedure!!! I OWE her a debt of gratitude that I can NEVER repay! And Chelsy is professional in every way possible. Rarely do you meet someone who is a PERFECT fit for their job. Chelsy is a perfect consultant due to her knowledge, warm personality, and charm. more
