This is the healthiest restaurant in the Valley! Conveniently located across from Whole Foods. Great menu full of healthy options for every kind of diet. They are very friendly and go out of their way to explain their menu to newbies. This is our Sunday morning spot when we want to eat between 10 and 1 and not have a wait for a table. As for atmosphere it seems to be lacking something. Part of the reason is the dark lighting, the cool color scheme, the layout of the tables not good for people watching or for intimacy, the absence of indulgent items like pork sausage and sadly the uber healthy clientele. I eat here EVERY DAY, sometimes 2x a day!! The food is great, fresh, healthy and tasty! The service is great!! I don't have kids but it seems to be a great place for the whole family to come to. They have everything!! Wonderful coffee, a wine and beer selection, flat-screen TV's, and FREE WIRELEsS internet access. DON"T MISS THIS PLACE!! Oh, and the Chicken stir-fry is to die for!! This is a great place for those who want to watch calories, fat, protein, & carb intake. Soma provides a nutritional breakdown analysis on menu items. The staff is friendly, prompt, and the atmosphere is nothing fancy but very hip. It's worth a try if you're watching your waist. Pros: Fast, healthy, tasty food more
