item as described. shipping seemed slow even with 2-day shipping but it's the holidays so who knows. Got the item at an excellent price compared to other websites, there was nothing wrong with it, saved $80 more

Forgot my password so had to create a whole new account! No "forgot password" button! Finally completed creating a new account, which was way too much time and trouble, only to get to the order screen and find out that I would be charged $9.99 shipping with UPS for an order of two small items that only cost $11.98! When you add taxes, shipping and taxes cost $11.97! One penny short of doubling the price of my order. Need another option for shipping small inexpensive items. Thanks. more

Item shipped right away and actually arrived early. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they included mounting screws--I didn't expect that. The price was right, the item was exactly as expected, and the service was great. more

I have only used the outside light so far and it works great, as advertised. I don't recall ever receiving a bad product from Solid Signal and this is no exception. What I am most impressed with is the very fast delivery. I contacted Ashley at Solid Signal and asked her to pass along my thanks to her supervisor(s) for choosing FedEx as their delivery service. I've ordered several times this month and also prior months. Great deals and lots of parts and converters to be able to fully use existing equipment. Great service, a live person even called when more order info was needed. Search could use improvement. shipping is prompt. more

When we had our Dish Network put in we used two separate dishes and a multi-switch. Since most systems now use 2, 3, or even 4 eyes on one dish I didn't know where I would be able to come up with just a single eye that would fit our dish. I found one on your website and ordered it on a Sunday night (2-day shipping) and got it Tuesday afternoon. It fit and worked perfectly. Now I have my local networks back again! The item price and shipping were very reasonable for sure. Thank you. more
