TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! You know it has been 3 weeks since they were supposed to be at my house and I have yet received a phone call from these people. I left work early to be at my house so they could installl 2 toilets and they never showed up. I ended up having to call them 2 hours after they were supposed to be there and they said they would call me back with an update. I am still waiting on that phone call. SO next day i called them back and asked what the deal was and of course they had an excuse. So i waited a few days for them to get back with me and nothing, no call to tell me what was going on or to even say sorry. So I had to call them back again and they told me they had to re-order 1 of the toilets because it was cracked, which is completely fine but why in the world could they not have called me to tell me that. So I waited patiently for a week and still no call from them. This has got to be the worst service i have ever had in my life. We ended up going through another plumbing company. We actually had a whole lot more work that we needed done and we were going to use these guys, I guess they missed out. If you want poor service and no communication, these guys are for you. more

I purchased a solar heater system for my pool several years back. They did a great job on the install and pushed for me to buy a solar water heater. Glad I held off. My pool heat system developed a leak over a year back. The panel was supposedly under warranty which OVER A YEAR AGO, they showed up and took the panel. I have attempted numerous times for these folks to call me back and finally made contact about 3 weeks ago inquiring the status. I even asked them to order the panel and I would pay for it and the installation. Needless to say, nothing resolved, no return phone calls, no status update. I have emailed the owner to inquire. Bottom line is that they do not care once the job is done. Service is TERRIBLE. I would not buy anything from these folks again. more

Incorrect Installation of a product \r This company was referred by my home warranty company to work on my home. Upon arrival they advised my home was not up to codes. and installed an expansion tank to bring my home up to codes. Two days later after the installation I called to advise every time I turn on my water I have a horrible noise. They came back out to my home to advise I cannot use more that 1 appliance that requires water at the same time. ( In my own home) After months of this noise getting increasingly worse I contacted an actual plumber they could not believe the location this company installed the expansion tank at least 2 car lengths away from the water heater. I called the manufacture of the product that was installed to learn that this product must be connected to the water heater. I called the company they refused to listen, refused to respond, and were very unprofessional. BEWARE Cons: Poor Customer Service, Unable to assume reponsibility more

I worked with Solar Sales through a home warranty company and had a terrible experience with them. The technician wouldn't fully diagnose the problem, was rude and unprofessional, and gave me incorrect information about the actual problem. Then he expected payment in full. I will never work with this company again. more

My hot water heater busted over the weekend and I got the runaround with several companies. One went so far as to call on Monday to schedule an appointment for Wednesday, call at 11am to tell me the repairman was on his way, and then turnaround at 11:30am and cancel my appointment.\r \r Nevermind the fact that I had leaking water, leaking gas, rust and mildew everywhere!\r \r That's when I met Paige at Solar Sales & Services. The first available appointment they had was for the following Saturday, but that wasn't good enough for her. She put herself in my shoes and understood it was an emergency. She personally called other companies trying to find a quick solution to my problem. \r \r This is a wonderful family-owned business that truly believes they should treat others how they want to be treated! 5 stars for excellent customer service!!
