No need to drive to Buckhead!! 2/4/2009

I have been a client of Robyn's at SOHO for 3 years. When I first started going to Robyn, it was a repair from a bad experience at a very expensive Buckhead salon. Not only did my hair look awesome, it felt awesome too. Love the products, they are top notch. Everyone in the salon creates a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Can't say enough about Robyn, she knows what to do with my hair even before I do! I like to keep up with the latest hair trends, but if it isn't going to work for my hair...Robyn will tell me her professional opinion and let me know what my hair will and won't do. I trust her completely, and have never had a bad experience. People ask me all of the time ""who does your hair?"" and tell everyone I know about Robyn at Soho Salon. Pros: All more

Helpful Staff and Beautiful Atmosphere 2/3/2009

I visited SoHo salon a few weeks ago for the first time and my visit was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and so helpful. Since I didn't know what sort of color or style I wanted, they guided me through the process. Chad, the owner of the salon, talked with me one on one to find out what I was expecting from the visit and the results were amazing. The prices were phenomenal! One of best experiences I've had a hair salon. I would recommend them to anyone. Very easy to find right off of Jones Bridge road. Two turns from 400. Pros: atmosphere, staff, parking, pricing Cons: I live too far away to enjoy it more often! more

New York quality services right here in Alpharetta 2/3/2009

Go see Chad at SOHO in Alpharetta! I have lived in several cities and have used many different stylists from Miami to New York, often driving many miles from my home just to get the perfect color or cut. SOHO is so close and I have gotten more compliments on my color and cut than I ever have before. I brought a friend to Chad that had the most distasterous color ever and he fixed her within 2 hours. Other salons had refused to tackle it. I rarely take the time to write reviews but I have to share this with everyone who has left a salon dissatisfied or in tears or.......who thinks they have to drive to a large Metropolitan city to get decent salon services. There is one right here in Alpharetta. I cannot say enough good things about Chad and Soho. Gotta give them a try! Pros: location, atmosphere, friendly staff more

Best Salon in the Atlanta area 1/31/2009

Ive been coming to Soho Salon for about four years now. Rachelle is my hair-dresser and i absolultely LOVE her!!! I can come with a general idea of what I want and a picture and she can always make me look amazing. Every time Rachelle does my hair she tries to change up my style a little and give me some variety and I love it every time. Rachelle was also the first person to color my hair. I came into Soho with no idea what colors to choose for low lights and highlights and I trusted Rachelle and continue to get compliments on my hair color all the time. I've been going to Rochelle for two years now and my hair looks the best it ever has. She solved my color issues and I have been able to grow it long. My hair is curly and hard to work with but it has never looked better. Plus, the salon is very relaxed and cool at the same time. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great Hair, Great Experience - Every Time! 1/31/2009

Every time I walk into Soho Salon, I instantly feel better! From the friendly staff, to the inviting decor and atmosphere, to the complimentary snacks and beverages, to the ""highlight table"" where you sit and get your color done while chatting with other patrons (or just enjoy a great magazine) - it is all welcoming, exciting and relaxing at the same time - no stuffiness or attitude here! And of course, their work is incredible. Chad has been cutting and coloring my hair for years and always does a fantastic job. I am making my second trip to attend the Grammy Awards next week and for both occasions, I had Chad do my cut and color - I wouldn't have trusted anyone else! AND I drive from Buckhead to come up here (35 minute drive) - there is no salon in the Atlanta area that compares to Soho. You have to experience it for yourself! Pros: Haircuts, Color, Styling, Staff, Atmosphere, Parking - everything! Cons: None! more

THE BEST SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!! 1/31/2009

I have never been so happy with a salon! I have been coloring my hair for about 10 years now...I know every time I go to Soho I will never leave unhappy! After going to MANY other salons this is the one I've always been looking for! As soon as you walk in the door you feel apart of their family. Everyone is happy to see you and makes you feel right at home. Rochelle has been doing my hair for a while now, and I love her! She always gives me exactly what i want! If you're looking for a solon where you never have to worry about what the outcome of you hair will be, this is the place for you! Pros: Great people, that know how to do hair! SOHO Salon!!! I have a new second home. 1/31/2009

I moved to Atlanta 3 years ago and have been on the search for a really good color specialist and I found the "" jackpot"" with Chad. When someone takes the time to listen to you and really wants you to be happy with how you feel when you walk out and you are satisfied with the service received at SOHO Salon really meant the world to me. Chad took the time to sit with me and gave me really good advice on what would work for me, and within 1 minute of talking with him there was absolutely no doubt in my mind he was a trusting good person. I had a ton of product on my hair and was ready to get a healthy tone to my hair. Chad set my mind at ease and I was confident that he was the one! What a very special person, not only as a stylist but as a person who truly enjoys what he does and strives to do the most amazing job time and time again. He did a great job on my hair and I will never have to worry about looking anymore. Most importantly I shared with Chad that I was about to go through very serious back surgery,and the last year had been tough on me because my pain kept me in the bed and I gained weight and did not feel like myself at all. Long story short and without shedding anymore sad tears I walked out feeling like a new person. How do you thank someone for that? I feel better about myself because Chad went out of his way to make me feel a little more like myself! Thank You!! I highly recommend trying this salon out. The difference of getting a professional haircut and .... well the 'other way'!! Let's begin with the professionalism from the time you walk in...there is always an initial consultation and you are immediately assisted with your experience within the salon. I was very pleased with the ambiance, service and expertise. The friendly staff doesn't hurt either. Pros: friendly staff, plenty of parking, beverages and snacks. Cons: none that I can think of more

I been searching for a long time for the right person to cut my hair. I went to several salons and wasnt happy with the results then i heard about soho salon went in and found cassie she extremely nice and professional and listened to what i wanted done to my hair. Have been going to Chad for years. My coarse, curly hair can be a challenge but he gets it right every time. Service is great and they always accomodate me and my sometime difficult schedule. Guys, make sure Cassie washes your hair! That alone is worth the price, haha! Pros: quality of product, service, flexibility, Cons: they don't serve Scotch! more

Best salon in Atlanta area 1/30/2009

I struggled to find a good salon when I moved to Roswell and went to 3 different places before I found Soho. Robyn is amazing!! I have had the best haircuts and color over the last 2+ years, and as a testiment to her skill, I drive 35 minutes each way to Johns Creek though we now live in Atlanta. My toddler now gets his hair cut with me. :) Pros: Service, Flexible schedule, Up on the latest trends in hair style and color more

I have been to Soho many times and I refuse to go anywhere else. As a guy I feel kinda goofy writing about a hair salon but everyone likes to look good, so I figured why not. Its like your favorite pair of jeans, once you find something you like you stick with it. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO CHAD FOR MY HAIR FOR YEARS AND HE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST COLORIST & STYLIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I DONT EVEN HAVE TO TELL HIM WHAT TO DO, HE JUST KNOWS WHAT'S BEST. I ONCE MADE THE MISTAKE OF GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSER AND THEY TOTALLY SCREWED UP MY HAIR. CHAD WAS SO GREAT THAT HE WORKED ME IN THE NEXT DAY TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE!!!!!
