I moved into the complex three years ago with promises and high hopes that this complex would improve with the new owners. Unfortunately, it was great for the first two years and the staff at the time was excellent. Since the new property manager and assist have take over in the last six months it has drastically dropped. Gardening has stopped with up keep and basic maintenance. Repairs order take several days to weeks. And no the utilities are not included. Good getting a bill from their out sourced company. But, do expect late charges after you have talked to the management about never receiving a bill and they will not help with any complaints. It is a great place for dogs if you do not mind picking up after others and the cats are allowed to run wild. So, do expect a few cats at night in heat and meowing at all hours. The quality of tenant at this complex use to be great. Very friend and nice to talk with. Unfortunately, it appears you do not even need a credit score to rent an apartment or a garage. Which, yes, the complex does have several garages that people are living out of. Such hope for this complex. Will not be resigning. more

I moved in 9/1/2010 and i love it :) Tracy was the best leasin agent and she really went out of her way to make our leasing experience an easy enjoyable one. The apartment has all upgraded appliances, wood cabinets, new carpet, paint, a fire place..etc. Everything is so close, shopping, dinning, freeway, we couldnt have asked for a better location. Maintenance on-site is very quick to respond. Parking is awesome, although we only have one spot and we have two cars, there is ALWAYS open parking available. My husband and I love love love our new home :) more

I lived here for a year and thought that it was a pretty decent place. We had a one bedroom apartment that was pretty large -- 750 square feet I think. \r \r PROS: Large walk in closet, Pantry in the kitchen (extra space), balcony/patio\r \r CONS: Relatively small living room\r \r The complex also has two pools and jacuzzis, although the staff was not great about cleaning them often enough. They also didn't keep the spa heated all the time, especially during the winter (isn't than when you really want a spa?) There is a small fitness room, although the treadmill and the TV were broken about half the time. more
