Bought a used F-150. Found out my spare key was for another truck. Called and called; no call back for over a month. Went to another dealer and paid for a spare key. Once Soeren's has your money, it is the tail light guarantee. Bye-bye! more

Can't say that I had good luck with my Ford but the sales and service staff was good as far and being friendly and helpful. I would not recommend Ford but Sorens is a nice place. more
