They helped find a car for her that was safe and and good on gas . They even talked us into taking it to our mechanic . I am the owner of Smyrna Auto Sales and wish to reply to squeaky1961 bad review. We are a reputable dealer that unfortunatly have to repossess some people. Our policy is to try to contact any person that is on the late list in order to get them caught up. We do not want to repossess anyone. We have a lot of great customers and a few bad ones. It is unfortunate that anyone can post a review that is a total lie. The only truth is the customer did have a bad attitude, otherwise they would have been able to get their vehicle back. IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED AS BAD AS THIS CAR LOT TREATED US.WE MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE SO CALLED SECRATARY TO PUT OR PAYMENT IN THE NIGHT BOX FOR OUR CAR.SHE AGREED AND WE DID JUST THAT,PUT IT IN THE DROP BOX.THEY REPOED OUR CAR ANYWAY.WHEN WE WENT DOWN TO THE LOT THE NEXT MORNING WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY DIDNT LIKE OUR ATTITUDE,TO GET OFF THERE PROPERTY,AND THAT WE WILL NEVER GET OUR CAR BACK.THEY ALSO KEPT THE MONEY ORDER WE PUT IN THE NIGHT BOX DROP.OH AND AS WE WERE LEAVING THE GIRL HOLLARED OUT THE DOOR AND THANKED US FOR THE 2000.00 DOLLARS WE GAVE THEM FREE FOR THE CAR.PLEASE DONT GO HERE.WE ALREADY HAVE FILED A REPORT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THEY ARE INVESTIGATING THEM TO.BEWARE,IF YOU JUST WONT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY FOR NOTHING,THEN GO THERE!!!!!!!!!! more
