They took care of my tough car problem where the dealers charged arm and leg and still screwed up. This is a neighborhood professional auto care center that focuses on neighborly customer service. Although the auto care center is pretty busy, the technicians try their best to juggle fixing cars and servicing customers at the same time -- not an easy thing to do. Maybe they should hire a customer service rep to offload the technicians. Bottom line is that they fix the car right and back it up with 12,000-miles or 12-months, which ever comes first, labor & parts warranty. Where can you go wrong? They even offer courtesy vehicles if your vehicle is in repair for prolonged repair (I think if car is in repair for more than a day). Check them out. Pros: Available. Friendly. Capable. Competitive prices for gas & auto repair. Cons: Not open 24-7 more
