This clown-shoes business was provided our information, lost it and forgot to schedule the appointment, then asked us to text him our info. We did. He then lost the text, forgot to schedule the appointment again, then asked us tell him our information a THIRD time. At that point we gave up and chose a reputable, responsible, and competent HVAC service provider. Don't unlock your door for this guy, he might forget what he came for... more
