The Smithhaven Mall is what you'd expect of a mall - it's got Macy's, Sears & JCPenney as the major department stores and smaller stores such as the Gap, Children's Place, H&M, Gymboree, Bath & Body Works etc. They have a nice food court with lots of choices there as well - Taco Bell, Bourbon Street, Sbarro's pizza. Nice place to shop. more

Middling, overpriced and stereotypical. 8/9/2005

The Smith Haven Mall, located at the Smithtown-Brookhaven township borders at the intersections of NY 25 and 347, is your stereotypical mall experience. Some places are better than others (Ben's is a great food choice), but you'll be underwhelmed. It has your Macy's, Sears, JC Penney's, Gap, Abercrombie and Fitch, American Eagle and Hot Topic. Go to Walt Whitman, Roosevelt Field or Tanger Outlet instead. You probably won't miss anything. more
