Great place to get your parts for your scooter, about the only place in town to get parts for a reasonable price, but don't let them near your bike, or buy one from them, here's why:
Went there to buy a 2008 150cc scooter in Dec 2009, paid $1300, less than a month, and it had problems. Broken drive belt, stuck throttle cable, ran rough, loud muffler, shorting electronics, just to name a few. 7 months later, took it in to have the carburetor cleaned, came back with a punctured gas line pouring directly onto my head, and, yes, it caught fire. One extinguisher and 6 hoses later, and it now won't choke and start right. I was told it was my cylinder compression. I know how to test that, and I did, it was excellent. Took to another shop, after 10 minutes, was told that the carburetor was destroyed because 50cc parts were forced into it, and the shop told me they would not repair, because it was not worth the cost, the bike had strong indications it had been in a flood, and everything was rusted or destroyed, it would need at least $3k in repairs and labor in order to be inspection and road safe, it was only worth $900, and only if in good condition. I can do the repairs myself for $700, but I don't have that kind of time. Took it to another shop, same answer, same discovery.
Tell me how 2 shops could find the same problem in 10 minutes that Smith Family took hours to never discover? I ended up selling for parts for $30, so in 9 months time, $1300 turned to $30, it only had 4k mileage, my friend's has 10k with the same engine, and it runs just fine, and he doesn't even do proper maintenance! I bought parts and supplies from them, they are of good quality and they were very cheap, I would recommend buying your parts there, if you don't want to order online, or need it right away, but keep them FAR AWAY from your bike if it needs to be repaired, and buy your scooter online, or from someone else, they will not reveal the true extent of where your bike has been, and will be belligerent if you try to say different.
