The staff and owner of this location are as apathetic and unhelpful as they come. Plus, their system for a busy crowd is unorganized and ineffective. They have two lines for payment but these two lines merge into a single car wash. The problem with this function is that you pre-pay for a wash but the timing is off where another car can muscle itself in front of you thereby stealing the wash upgrade you just paid for and leaving you with their basic wash even though you paid for the upgrade.
This happened to me last weekend. I kept trying to flag the attendant down to let him know what happened. He finally acknowledged my presence but walked away without comment when I told him what just happened. Someone else walked out of the office and the attendant talked to him but that person walked away without saying anything to me either. When I asked the attendant again what they were going to do he wouldn't even talk to me. So, I was stuck getting the cheapest wash while the car that pulled in front of me stole the upgraded wash I had already paid for. On Monday, I attempted to call the owner to lodge a complaint but was only able to talk to his assistant. I left a message explaining what happened and she said that she would deliver the message. I have waited an entire week and haven't received a return call.
Any company with such poor customer service that the owner and his employees won't even acknowledge a customer clearly doesn't care about the people who support the business. As a result, I won't support them any longer and anyone who cares about getting what they pay for and getting any kind of customer service at all should beware.
In addition, getting to the car vacuums and leaving the vacuum area is a nightmare. The area is too tight and crowded. The cars in the vacuum area and those in the wash area have to maneuver around each other in an extremely confined space. The area is an accident waiting to happen.
