Smith Bros Mobile Detailing

I used Smith Brothers based on their online reviews. They sent their detailer out to fix a few scratches on my Roush Mustang. The tech put some clear coat on and some paint on the chips that were on the hood. He said he would come back on Saturday and buff out the clear coat and paint. Well it has been a week and the paint is the wrong color and the scratch looks horrible. The tech never returned my phone calls to come back out to buff the clear coat and fix the wrong color of paint on my hood. now my Roush looks like it has leprosy and a big scar on the door panel. This is the worst job I have ever seen done by a detailer that claims the have a perfect 5 star rating. I called the owner and he did nothing to remedy the problem. I was charged $100 for 10 minutes to screw up my car and not fix it. more
