Great experience, would highly recommend this office 12/3/2009

I would highly recommend SmileStarters to anyone who have children who are apprehensive or fearful of the dentist. I had a great experience that I would like to share with everyone. My children had a great time at SmileStarters. The staff was very children friendly and compassionate. They made me feel very comfortable each and every step of the way. The staff and doctors took the time to explain thoroughly what treatment was going to be completed that day. I was very pleased with the customer service and willing to help educate my children and myself about the importance of dental health. Pros: Great customer service, Staff very nice more

Terrible experiance would not recommend to anyone 12/3/2009

I also took my 5 year old daughter there and she needed some dental work done, was told that if she was nervous and they were not able to calm her down that they would stop and refer her to a sedation dentist, she came out after well over an hour, crying very upset, the back of her clothes were wet from sweat and her hair was all messy and sweaty, they called her combative and pulled 2 of her teeth, while they said she was stuggling, they should have stopped and just refered her before putting her through that. I have learned my lesson never take your children to a dentist office where you are not allowed to be with them in room. more

worst experience i have ever had. 6/6/2006

i took my 5 yr old son here the first thing that they did was stap him down to the chair. the doctor that was checking his teeth told him to be quite and open his mouth. 2 hrs later, he had wet his pants and was sweating like a pig. then when the doctor finally came to talk to me another hour and a half later, she had mentioned the word ""shot"" and ""pull his tooth"", after that i felt like the Dr. was getting irritated with me. Cons: not children friendly more
