I did my surgery in January. I was very skeptical about the doctors performing the breast augmentation procedure. I did not want someone who would do a sloppy job. I did a lot of research and heard my friends talking about how great Dr. Smaili is. He was very professional and increased my cup size from A to full C. I am very satisfied with the results. I could not have asked for anything more in a surgeon. I would do it all over again with Dr. Smaili if I could. Best advice I could give is to go a cup bigger than you want. Mine came out a little smaller than expected, but I am still very happy with my increase in confidence now :) He is definitely one doctor I can recommend to others. more

I am so grateful to the staff of California Surgical Institute. I am the type of person who gets very nervous about any surgery and when I had my appointment for breast reduction I was a nervous wreck, but when I got to the office, the staff was so friendly and courteous. They assured me that everything will be fine and when I saw Dr. Smaili and he explained every little detail I had a bout the surgery, I was so happy. I had breast reduction surgery and every day when I wake up and look at the mirror I say thank you Dr. Smaili for being such a great surgeon and for being an attentive gentleman. Dr. Smaili and his staff were wonderful. They made me feel very comfortable. Choosing a doctor isn't always easy, I has desired breast augmentation for quite some time, but had not found the right doctor.
