Skyway Terrace

Two words of caution about Sky way terrance:\r \r 1) While I lived there, I saw dozens of car break in, featuring smashed back windows. The landlord did nothing to prevent this and to make it worse refused to warn the tenants while this was going on. Renter's insurance is highly recommended.\r \r 2) The landlord will do there best to unrightfully keep as much of your deposit as they can. I had to threaten to take them to small claims court to get mine back. Don't bother cleaning, because no matter what they are going to charge you. And get you're termination agreement duplicated because they lied about my last day and charged me another 5 days in rent after I moved out (thats what prompted the law suit). Very deceiptive management staff..be warned. Cons: Horrible management !!!! more

My family has been living at this complex for over a year. The management has been good, the maintenance staff has been responsive, and the location is great. It's not the fanciest thing out there (try Santana Row for that), but it's nice and clean and a great price for what you get. Units have washer and dryer, dishwasher, and some have fireplaces, which is very unusual.\r \r \r 4/07\r We are still living at Skyway Terrace, and still enjoying it. Management has been very helpful and understanding, and maintenance has gotten even better. It's also very close to shopping and freeway access, which is helpful. Highly recommended. Pros: Good price for the quality of apartment, washer/dryer in unit, fully enclosed parking. Cons: No pets more
