This shop is great. All the artist paint their own flash. It's a custom shop specializing in traditional tattoos and they're really good at it. Probably the best place to get a traditional tattoo in Portland. I'm so happy with the work I got there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in getting a tattoo in Portland.
