I am not happy with the service I am receiving from Dr Alai. She does not return phone calls and appears to be more interested in money than her patients health.

I found Dr. Alai to be a very thorough doctor and provide a complete exam and explanation of my skin condition. The staff and office were very nice and comfortable. I waited about 10 minutes before seeing the doctor. I felt all of my questions were answered and I was able to get an appointment very quickly.I have already highly recommended this doctor to my family. more

Orange County's Best!! 3/11/2012

I called the office for an urgent condition and was able to be seen immediately that evening after my work. I had almost a ""third eye"" growing in the middle of my forehead and it was very hard to work and see my clients without feeling very, very self conscious. \r \r First of all, my experience was amazing, painless, informative, and I am very, very thankful. The cortisone shot shrunk the bump on my head and the Valtrex has stopped the swelling to the point that I’m almost recovered. I will stop taking the Valtrex tomorrow based on doctor's recommendation. I am deeply grateful and would want to reciprocate this immense kindness in any way. They were my life saver!!\r more

The Best Dermatology Place! 4/3/2008

I really have liked going to The Skin Center over the last three years. I have definitely tried other skin care doctors before but no one has compared to the services and physicians here. I would have to say they are really thorough and go above and beyond what you ask for. They always give me a lot of information and handouts so I can remmber what I need to do after I get home. Pros: Very thorough, up to date dermatology services. more
