I went in for a Microdermabrasion LED light treatment and she was amazing! Intelligent, knowledgeable, and very nice. The service was excellent! Her products are affordable and she gave me the best service ever. more

Excellent 90 min massage 4/13/2012

I'm a visitor, used to going to different treatments all over the world. Caroline's 90 min full body massage was one of the best I've ever had - thank you SO much! I had never been on a heated massage bed, that alone relaxed me as soon as I went on it. I'm happy we are staying in Santa Cruz for 10 days so I can return for other treatments. The premises are absolutely clean and the atmosphere is enjoyable, and Caroline is so nice. Highly recommendable! more

Caroline did a nice job, although at over 90 minutes it felt too long. I could have done without the back rub and arm rub since I went in for a facial. (I'd prefer to go to a masseuse for a massage.) The facial itself was lovely, it felt like a really thorough cleansing. more

I discovered Pacific Skin Care through Living Social. Had a very relaxing facial. Caroline has a lot of knowledge and experience regarding skin care. I wanted to find a local place to have regular facials and I have found it here! more

I would recommend this place to anyone who has sensitive skin and would like to know more about facial products. Caroline has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is very easy to talk to. Even with my very sensitive skin type, I have already booked my next appointment with Caroline and I'm looking forward to going back. You'll be missing out if you don't try Pacific Skin Care at least once! more

Caroline has a wonderful and personal demeanor with her facials/massages. She puts a lot of thought, care and energy into each step of the process, and informs you along the way. She will adjust pressure to your liking and really knows her products! I go back every month more

I've had skin care at a handful of places..this was my most satisfying. Caroline spent just the right amount of time to learn about me and what I hoped for. Then she spent the next hour plus giving me the seaweed facial treatment. The environment is very relaxing. Really worth giving this to yourself or someone you love! more
