I've been a client of Skin Care By Gabriela for a little over 3 years now. The ladies at the Shallowford location always know how to take care of me! I don't see anyone imparticular, because they are all fabulous. I know whichever estethician my appointment is with, I am in great hands! I've never ventured to the Paper Mill location, but I have no doubts that it is equally as great and comforting! Thank you ladies for making me look 10 years younger! more

Rachel absolutely transformed my skin! She never pushes me to buy products or upgrade services. she does EXACTLY what i need, when i need it. I trusted her eventually to try the products she recommended for my skin and i LOVED them. I will stick with her for all my skincare needs FOREVER. Pros: Detailed more

Miracles in minutes 5/15/2008

I love my time at Gabriela's. The staff is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Laura is a miracle worker. She does more for my skin in an hour and a half than I can manage in months. The micro-derm facial is such a treat. Whatever magic Laura holds in her nimble fingers takes years off my face. The day after a treatment I feel like I glow. And she can work that magic on my eyebrows anytime. I struggle with woolly ,square, caveman brow. Yet somehow she makes an arch appear. I am impressed. I love the line of product that she uses and try something new every time I go. The results speak for themselves. I would recommended anyone who wants to look and feel better, to go see these ladies. Weather you are struggling with aging, acne, dry skin, a unibrow or just not looking your best. Gabriela's offers an oasis for your troubles. My special spot in Towne Lake 12/1/2007

I am actually a long term client of the Woodstock location in Towne Lake. This is my special treat place where I can close my eyes and relax knowing that for the next two hours or so is just "my time." Marilyn just melts all the stress and fatigue away. I feel completely spoiled. Every service, especially the facials are top notch. My skin looks and feels as young as I feel. Magic! I'm sure the other techs at this location are wonderful, I personally trust and prefer Marilyn only because she has taken such terrific care of me through the years. The personal treatment is so worth it. I have never felt rushed like some places that practically have a ticking clock onthe wall. Enjoy... Pros: Never a long wait for an appointment Cons: none that I can think of more

I've been going to Marilyn at the Towne Lake location in Woodstock for several years and really love the special attention I receive and excellent results. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and very relaxing. I'm treated like a king (yes, I'm a guy) when I am there. Pros: Close to home more

Mediocre Service 11/16/2007

I have to wonder if friends and/or clients are solicited to write such rave reviews about the services offered at Skin Care by Gabriela. I don't agree with these reviews. To be fair though... I bought 3 session and each time I arrived, the reception staff were very warm and welcoming. A+ reception staff! When Gabriela gave me my treatments, though, I noticed that she had a harsh "bed-side manner". It made me feel uncomfortable given that I was in compromising positions during the treatments. I figured since I was paying a lot of money for each of these treatments, I wouldn't be asked such personal questions! I'm not unreasonable, I gave it 3 chances hoping that I would change my mind. Incredible day! 10/24/2007

I have 3 kids and had some free time to do something for myself for once... so I looked on citysearch and found Gabriela's was the best in facials and thats NO joke! I called and got right in with Jennifer. She was amazing and knew exactly what I needed to get my skin looking younger. She took her time and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be back to see her. I want my skin to look like hers- shes beautiful!!! Pros: Prompt Cons: none more

Best skincare and waxing anywhere 8/27/2007

Laura is a wonderful esthetician, and has reshaped and improved my eyebrows in a way I never thought possible. Her facial is also the best I have ever experienced. She has so much knowledge that I felt I had a lesson along with the most relaxing, and at the same time, invigorating facial I have ever had. I've been seeing her for 4 years, and will trust no one else. I love Skincare by Gabriela. Pros: relaxing atmosphere, knowledgeable, friendly and caring Cons: booking can be tricky, call back, it's worth it more

After going to Gabriela for my facials, its almost impossible to be happy with facials anywhere else due to the high expectations...... Gabriela is extremely knowledgable and works on improving skin long term. My skin is extremely sensitive and she does great. recently I had a facial with Leal as Gaby was not available and she was great. Would not go anywhere else for my facial ever. The salon is clean and the staff are friendly and they have never tried to sell me any of their products( which I think is great) . more

Greatest facial 5/25/2007

Absolutely amazing spa and by far the greatest facials in town. The owner , Gabriela is very knowledgeable and makes you feel wonderful. She is treating the skin for long term results not just a superficial polish that makes you glow for the first day. After you?ve had a facial with Gaby you feel luminous and special and want to book your appointment for next time. She is a special lady indeed, very professional and very dedicated. The entire staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great. I would highly recommend this spa. Pros: very clean, friendly Cons: none more

Outstanding skin care and service. 5/18/2007

The treatments I have received from Lael at Skin Care by Gabriel?s have been above and beyond all other treatments I've had at any other establishment. The facials have been so intrinsic that I have fallen asleep on several occasions during the treatments. Lael has been so informative on every visit, always mentioning new methods and ways to care for the skin and other body parts. I highly recommend her and this establishment to everyone and anyone I speak to. Good job Lael and Skin Care by Gabriel?s staff. Keep it up. more

Ladies go and check this woman,s hands!Gabriela,s special touch and technique make you feel special ,unique and blessed to know her. The salon I went(she has 3 locations) is small ,but the aromatherapy and the treatment she gave me ,made me think I am the queen of the planet. Beautiful Eye Brows 5/14/2007

I love Skincare by Gabriela. I have had my eye brows done elsewhere, and now realize that nail techs do nails, not eyebrows! They do not just wax eyebrows here, they create works of art! The difference in technique and skill is obvious from the first moment. Laura recommended a tinting to make my sparse brows look fuller, and she did it for free the first time! I now book that service along with waxing each time, it makes a huge difference! Thanks to these talented women, I look my best! I feel like a million bucks! I've been to Gabriela's before for an excellent bikini wax and eyebrows(gorgeous!) but I finally indulged myself with a facial. That facial was like none I'd had before...ever! Laura had suggested a facial to me before, and now I totally understand why. My skin feels so good, and soft. Laura recommended a microdermabrasion session with my facial, and although it was a little more expensive, it was most definately worth it. My complexion hasn't looked this bright in years. Her extraction of blackheads and whiteheads was expert, with very little discomfort. The massage was relaxing and made my skin feel alive. I'll be back for more soon.
