DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I had booked with them a pick up and drop off for which I received a confirmation email. They called me back after 2 weeks (after I had made all my plans) and told me there was a glitch in their system and they now had to charge me per hour. This made the cost go up 10x. They would not honor their previous commitment for which i have confirmations of nor would they even try to provide a reasonable compromise. AWFUL services. more

Rude and very unprofessional. Cars are beat up while some are just alright. Do not recommend. Driver was excellent, but the person I called within the company itself was horrible. Called to speak highly of one of their drivers and instead was put on hold to speak to a very curt and rude man, who couldn't care less of what I had to say. I used this service only because the concierge arranged the trip. more

Drove my wife and I from airport and back this last weekend. They did a great job.The driver was at airport when we arrived and our hotel in the morning right on time. We will definitely use them again more

This company was absolutely terrible and my husband is currently drafting a letter to let them know how disappointed we were with their service. First of all, I get a call from my husband at 3pm the day of the wedding to ask for the wedding coordinator’s number. He didn’t want to tell me why, but I eventually got him to admit he wanted her to find the limo, which was currently a half hour late picking my husband and the groomsman up at their hotel to bring them to the church. As I panicked, the DOC found the limo, which was sitting in traffic and didn’t think to call and let anyone know that he was going to be late. \r The limo ended up picking up my husband over a full one hour late, and because of that everything else was compounded into more lateness. The limo driver, who never even introduced himself to myself nor my husband, never even apologized for making us late to our own wedding. We used one limo to transport our entire bridal party, so because the limo was late picking up the boys, it also made my bridesmaids and I late to the church as well. To make matters worse, the driver (who spoke very limited English), did not help any of the girls out of the limo, just opened the door and stepped aside looking bored and annoyed. The driver also did not congratulate us after the ceremony, and did not have the champagne we were promised as a part of our package neither. When my husband asked about the champagne, the driver motioned to the front of the limo, and mumbled ""it's up there somewhere"" and shut the door on us. My husband, went to try and find the champagne, which was boiling from being left in the August heat. We couldn't even drink it. After arriving (late) to our ceremony venue, the driver waited around for my husband, and said “Where’s your credit card?"" My husband told the driver that he would be receiving the gratuity which was already included in the contract, which it was, however the driver argued with him about it and said it wasn’t really included. \r The driver wouldn't leave my husband alone, so my husband gave the guy $40 just to go away and leave us alone. To top it off, when we checked our credit card statement, the company OVERcharged us by $100 for a “gas surcharge.” The overall experience could not have been more horrendous, and I fully intend to share my review which as many other wedding review websites as I can, and will spread the word on the popular Wedding Website message board, The Knot. Terrible, terrible!\r more

We left from downtown Manhattan to catch our plane back to Seattle at Newark and a nice young man named Alex from the limo service picked us up. We had our 3 grandchildren with us and we appreciated his good driving and pleasant conversation. The van was clean and had seatbelts (not like the van we took into the city from JFK....which had no seatbelts, had a nice, but terrrible driver) We definitely will use this service again when we return to the city. Thanks to Alex for being pleasant and proficient at 5:00 AM!!! more

My car with Six Stars was arranged through the Hilton in Midtown NYC. The car was on time. I had a very pleasant driver. The car was VERY clean. I was treated with the upmost respect. I would use this car service again. more

We arrived into JFK airport in New york on Monday 8/25 after a long flight from L.A. We were greeted by our driver at baggage claim.. i called the office to double check the price and was treated exceptional...very friendly staff... anyways the ride to the Marriott was flawless...very clean car...looked brand new actually...lol and the driver again was very friendly... I travel to New york at least twice a month, Six stars will be my service of choice !! more

limo i got was beat up limo with dents. glasses were dirty and had a someones lipstick on it. driver was something else. i think he came of the plane and they just gave him a limo. he had no knowledge of anything and barely spoke english. never again more

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!First..we waited at baggage claim for 30 mins before he finally showed up, then we had to follow him to the parking lot with all our luggage in tow, plus my 3 kids. Last time I took a limo, they picked me up right outside the door at baggage claim. Then we drove 100mph to get to the hotel, at least it felt like we were going that fast. When we were pulling into the hotel, there was someone on his speaker phone in the car talking about why are you so late..you better hurry up....\r The worst limo ride for 190.00 I have every experienced. Cons: No service at all... more

we truly enjoyed the service we got from six stars. implacable level of expertise, all the way from the initial call, the experience we had, the courtesy and professionalism of the driver and the limousine itself. we will highly recommend six stars to all of our friends and relatives ! more
