World Class Vegan Bakery 2/10/2011

Wow I am so glad I came back to Sipz vegetarian restaurant recently to try out their vegan bakery desserts. I tried the vegan cupcakes and they were moist, fluffy, and most important, perfect with the amount of icing. If I could give 10 stars to Sipz vegetarian restaurant I would! more

Best Vegetarian Restaurant in San Diego 12/20/2010

If you are not a vegetarian, it'll be okay. Sipz vegetarian restaurant serves foods tailored for the vegetarian with the taste of a non vegetarian. This is my favorite restaurant to eat at and I am not a vegetarian. I would have never expected this hidden vegetarian restaurant to have such a positive impact on me. Anyhow I would like to recommend this restaurant to meat eaters and vegetarians. more

Great vegan/vegetarian eats, even for carnivores 9/9/2005

I heard about Sipz through a vegan acquaintance and decided to check it out since good vegan and vegetarian food can be hard to find. Almost all of their dishes are vegan (contains no animal products of any kind) and all of the dishes I've tried were great to excellent. The "meat" in the food is actually soy "meat" and is very good. My favorite dish by far is the oriental chicken salad, but I have yet to be disappointed by anything I've tried. The service is usually fine, but could use some improvement - they tend to be a bit too lax. A smidge more attentiveness would be a nice addition to an otherwise great restaurant. more
