Absolutely not, said the manager, who seemed to take real macho delight in letting us know that he was truly in charge. We went up the street to a chinese retaurant, drank for an hour at the bar, and then ran a $1100 dinner tab for our out-of-town clients. If El Torioto had a great margarita, I'd be bummed. As it is I'm glad we kept our Canadian clients.
