Singing River Apartments

Me and my family just recently moved here from out of state and when we got here the Hospitality was wonderful the Apartments are like brand new. they have brand new appaliances in them. My kids are Excited for when the summer comes so they can go swimming in the pool.. Everybody has just been so nice to me and my family.. Thank you for everything more

There is no so called Kid zone, all the amenities are not brand new. Baths? Really? I live here as well and you may have a new bath but none of us do. Matter of fact they are old, rusted and has no plug in it. I had reported that and still had to buy one out of pocket!! The windows grow miold on them if they sweat to much and u dont wipe them down everyother day.. Did u mention that? Or did u mention that the place is infested with roaches? The manager and maintanance guy are rude as heck, hardly ever at the office during hours and take forever to do anything. Alot of crime out there as well. If u dont believe me look it up on gulflive or take your chances and live here if u want too. This place is the same as it has been for the last 50 years and will not change. Crappy. This is the truth and I regret every single day that I am renting from here. I wish there was a way to get out the lease but I cant. Oh lets not mention that the management gets to do everything that u cant that they have in the lease u sign. And the Zero Drug Tolorance they claim is a joke. Get real. I can walk out of my apartment as watch the neighbors chiefing it up. So managment stop writing your lying reviews cuz the truth is coming out! more

The apartments have been completely rehabed with a boatload of all new amenities added..Totally new windows, doors, kitchens, baths, and a lot more.....New fitness room, buisness center,kids zone, pool, pizza night, And on-site full time maintenence and management....GREAT JOB!!! more

The saying that you get what you pay for certainly applies when it comes to the Singing River Apartments. Being among the cheapest in Gautier, 640/month cheap-right, this does show in the living conditions of the apartment units. The upkeep is bad. The bathrooms are small and dated. The bathroom hardware is old and decrepit and the bathtub old and stained. The kitchen is also small with virtually no counter space especially if you have a washer and a dryer, and like the bathroom the hardware is just the same. In fact, the whole apartment unit is dated. So upkeep and luxury you will not find here and once signed in do not expect any major repairs until you move out. You will also have your hoodlum racket and activity, overflowing garbage bin, and the ever present smell of urine at the mailbox awning. Though management is trying to change the image of this complex the fact remains the same these apartments are old and worn out and will probably be condemned in a few years. You are in walking distance from the gas station and local grocery store, but that?s about it. If you are looking for a short term stay, as most people do, until something better comes along then this place is for you, but I recommend that you spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Well, since i can not write what i want to about this apartment because of the rules. All I can say is.. Its Horrible! I would not suggest children or the elderly live here. It is a bad enviroment unless you want to be mixed up in the law ALOT! And if you want to live in something that is not taken care of, and never will be!
