I have been taking my car here for years. Jim, the owner is the most knowledgeable mechanic I've ever met. When I moved, I realized just how honest and great this place is. When my car is there, I know it is in the best of hands. I get a good, fair price and the best mechanics around. Since I've moved back, I know I'll only take my car there. It's the only place I trust to fix my car correctly and not rip me off. more

I have been going to Sinclair's Auto Clinic for a very long time. I think they are fair, quick and know their stuff! I would recommend them to anyone. Also, it is a family owned business and there are not many out there anymore. more

I had a problem with my car hesitating and stalling on me randomly - once in the middle of a left turn against traffic - I took the car in to Sinclair's and relayed the problem to Pat. He diagnosed the problem, told me what it would cost to fix, and repaired it in a swift, courteous manner and I was back on the road in no time. I have had no problem with it since. I am the owner of Sinclair's Auto Clinic and I am very upset with this attack on my business. I know exactly who this person is and that is not how the conversation went. I have several members of my business that can also account for the particulars of the conversation. I have been in business for a very long time and all of my work and the job of my workers is guaranteed, when the problem is our fault. In addition, any part that we install is NAPA certified. This particular car was very old and rusted. I spoke with this man's mother and discussed my concerns with the condition of the car. They decieded to repair the brakes & replace the rotted brake line that was leaking at this time. I also told them that the rest of the lines were rusted but not leaking at the time of present service. Some time later, when I received the call from this man I said tow it to the shop and we will take a look at it. If the problem is our repair service or the parts, we were happy to pay for the tow and the repair. I also let the man know that it may be the other brake lines that he was told were rusted. If that was the case, I would not pay for the tow and their would be service charges. His mother then came in and I advised her that he could go to any NAPA Auto Care Center to have the car repaired if it was the same repair Sinclair's Auto Clinic did. NAPA guarantees all their products. I never heard from the man or his mother again after that. I was never able to check my work and let him know the results of my findings because the car never returned to my shop. I do not appreciate the lies that put a negative outlook on my business. I have soley survived on word of mouth and been in business for 30 years. more

My brakes went out on my car, i took it in to sinclair's to get fixed. They charged me $820 for numerous repairs which I thought was high to begin with. With in a month my brakes went out again while driving (which is very dangerous and could have caused seriously injury to myself and others) So i figured that I could have it towed back to the shop and repaired correctly this time with out a fee. This was not the case, they immediately told me something else was wrong with the brakes with out even seeing the car and that I would have to pay for the tow and repairs. Im under the impression that if you spend $820 to get your brakes fixed they should work for more then a month.My family and I have been using this repair shop for some time and have spent thousands of dollars on several car repairs but this did not seem to matter when it came time to being held accountable for shotty repair work. This is very bad buisness ethics and they lost not only my buisness but my entire family. Auto mechanics have a duty to get your car back to a safe working condition and obviously this shop dosent live up to those standards. more

I've gone there since I've been living in Mt Greenwood (5yrs). They are the most honest shop around. I will continue to go there!! Jim more

I am the owner of Sinclair's Auto Clinic and I am very upset with R.G. My daugher has never worked here and has never had any dealings with customers. This person has a problem with my daughter for some reason and is taking it out on my reputation. I have been in business here for 30 years and I am doing everything I can to find this person. If they do not retract their statement I will go after them for slander. You can check out the BBB if you want a true rating of my shop. more

This place is great. I have been going here for years and have never had a problem. They give great service, honest opinions and great prices. It is a family owned business and should be around for years to come! more
