The equipment is good, group classes are good, but sometimes it is really too busy and the new management is not good. They let go all the good people and the new hires are barely trained and can't answer your questions. It is very disorganized and I get the sense no one really knows what is going on around there. If I had a choice I would probably go elsewhere, but it's close to where I live and I don't want to drive too far to work out. They need to hire a new cleaning company, because the place is not that clean. It's expensive too, so for what you pay to go here you would expect better staffing and a cleaner club. they try to come across as a family oriented club but my baby got sick every time I brought her to the babysitting room and rather than being understanding about it they charged me $150 termination fee, which I think is really lousy since it was their fault I had to cancel Pros: was easy to get to Cons: if I can't use the baby sitting room, I can't work out.
