Purchased several hundred dollars worth of trees and shrubs. Loved the selection on the premises. Made the purchase, plants were delivered and installed. Four of them didn't look that healthy to begin with, but thought with a one year guarantee, we'd give them a try. Less than one year later, 5 of the trees were either dead or near death. Took the receipt to them and because I had not been charged an installation fee of 55% of the purchase (which I was not even informed about), only a 50% guarantee. Being a first time customer, I was not aware of an installation "fee" (especially when you spend that kind of money) and wouldn't have known to ask about one for the guarantee because I would have expected a nursery like this to guarantee their plant for at least a year. The plants were installed by the guy that delivered them and why is it costing me the expense of 5 more trees for their error? Customer service is terrible! Silver Cliff designed our landscaping for our yard. Very nice, trees and shrubs in good shape, BUT the expense was way too much for us. They were very nice and helpful. more

This is a beautiful landscaping company. They have great looking trees, flowers, and shrubs. Everything is well organized . The staff is always outside working on the products. The only thing bad I can say is here you do pay more money. more
