I really wish I could give this company a half star but they don't give me the option. I was late for work today because of them!! Due to my work schedule on weekends I've been using them every Sat/Sun to pick me up for work. Usually it's Jonathan who picks up the phone and there hadn't been any problems with him. Today, David picked up my call and from the beginning I felt something was wrong. He greets me and immediately puts me on hold. I hadn't realized I was on hold until I start hearing the radio. He asks me where am I going to so I gave him the address. Then I gave him my home address. The whole conversation just felt weird due to the fact that he did not sound confident in what he was doing. After he said the cab was on its way he told me to wait 20 minutes. 20 minutes later and my cab was not there yet so I called back. It was this David guy again. He said that he asked for my address and that's where he sent the cab. I insisted that he asked where I was headed to first but he got upset and told me to choose another service and hung up on me.
I am so disappointed in this company!! Because of them, I no longer have a perfect attendance record at work.
DON'T GO WITH SILVER CAB BUT IF YOU MUST, HANG UP ON THIS DAVID GUY OR ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE ON THE PHONE!!
Obviously, David is either one of the owners, or someone in the company who can afford to send business away when they screw up.
