We started using Silks and Crafts about 20 years ago when my mother purchased her Florist from my aunt. My aunt is the one who recommended them to my mother. When I opened a ladies's consignment boutique, I have recommended them to many of my customers, because they always loved my windows, as well as the inside of my store and Silks and Crafts is where I purchased most of my seasonal decorations and silk flowers. They have always shown great customer service and still do, which you do not see very often anymore.
