Warning to some that move here. I got a letter about painting my porchs, which we did. Then next month got a letter saying one porch was fine and the other wasnt? They was both painted same color same day. If that isnt evidence of harrasment, i dont know what is? The overcharging I wouldnt be suprised if thats just our lot? The rich seem to have nuthing better to do but harrass and overcharge people. I went into the office a few times and the lady there acted like she was scared of me? I think theres some things being said about me to, although i cant prove it. They want us to paint our shed now, and ours looks new vs the neighbors? Theirs is falling apart. They didnt want me to put blankets in my windows, i got blinds. They complain about weeds, when i keep mine always grass length. If not all pulled. I think someone needs a second job? There is stuff you can do about harrasment. I dont have the funds. At times like these I wish govt could have their nose in everything. Also regulate prices and actions with crap like this going on!!!! more

The management seems nice at first but don't let Pam and Charles Clifford fool you. They are living in a Tim Berton's movie and you have no idea that your apart of it. Pam who looks her pointy nose down at you and Cliff who can't remember a thing unless it affects him in a way he can take advantage to fit his needs. You may not own an aggressive bread dog unless you are his daughter who has a boxer or a maintenance man who owns a pitbull. The pool is a nice feature however it is a privileged not a perk even though part of your space rent pays for the insurance. Also they just raised the rent for utility's even though the news was reporting a decrease in and when you call the company's they have not raised the rate out hear in 3 yrs and are not planning on it. Plus you may want to keep the regulation book handy. Cliff has been known to charge renter of the park fee's for cleaning the gutters or up keep for the weeds. Don't let him bully you the maintenance men are suppose to do that but not to many will call him out on it. If he don't like you they will tell everyone your a dealer without any proof. Good new Cliff is suppose to retire this year but he has came back multi times. So if you love been harassed and pay for things that you all ready pay for then this is the place for you. Everyone loves a good roller coaster ride! Pros: it has a pool Cons: they took out the park for the kids to play without holding a meeting more
