THE STAFF SEEMS FRIENDLY AT FIRST, BUT BE WARNED. THEY ARE ANYTHING BUT NICE. NOT GOOD AT KEEPING RECORDS IN ORDER, ACCUSING ME OF NOT PAYING MY COPAY AND ARGUING WITH ME UNTIL I HAD TO GO HOME AND BRING THE RECEIPT TO PROVE MYSELF. THE RECEPTIONIST DEBRA BLURTED OUT MY PERSONAL MEDICAL INFORMATION IN FRONT OF PATIENTS AND OTHER STAFF AT THE OFFICE. THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL . DOCTOR OZOLS MISDIAGNOSED MY CONDITION, TELLING ME THAT I HAD THE FLU, WITHOUT DOING ANY TEST. THEN TOLD ME TO GO HOME , DRINK A LOT OF WATER AND TAKE PAINKILLERS AND SUDAFED. MY FEVER SPIKED TO 105 THAT NIGHT AND I WAS ACTUALLY DIAGNOSED WITH PNEUMONIA AT THE HOSPITAL THAT NIGHT . IF I HAD LISTENED TO OZOLS I PROBABLY WOULD NOT BE HERE TODAY. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR OR THE SERVICES AT SHORELINE. THE BILLING DEPT. IS ALSO TERRIBLY INCOMPETENT.
Pros: NONE. THIS PLACE WAS BAD
Cons: EVERYTHING , FROM THE QUACKS TO THE DESK PEOPLE
