Nice Bakery Section 3/23/2006

This Shoprite has got a nice bakery section. They carry a wide variety of bread, and even 3 types of italian bread that are baked fresh onsite. They come in sleeves marked "Hot Stuff" and they are nice and hot when they first get put on display. I've been lucky on several occasions where I got a "Hot Stuff" loaf that just came out... they're excellent. They've also got a nice cake section. Don't forget u can get your cakes personalized there - like "Happy Birthday" written on them for free. Just ask a bakery rep and they'll do it for you. more

Shoprite is a great grocery store to shop. They have great sales every week. They double manufacturer coupons up to $.99 every day! They just renovated (and are almost done) their seafood and deli departments...VERY NICE! The employees are nice. Not mean, but not too friendly either. If It was my store, I would have them retrained to be more polite to customers....that's what they're there for! more
