This seems like a redo/mix of the Bellagio's own Jasmine, but it's not. Here is Japanese cuisine including sushi and Teppanyaki , (diners can experience a live theatre of cooking, with master chefs preparing multi-course dinners right before their eyes) along with some Western variations. The sushi bar is cool looking with dramatic, kaleidoscopic display of live jellyfish. A large selection of Japanese beers and sakes are always offered. Once again, you're looking at close to $100 a person when all is said and done. But if you are dining here, that is not an issue for you.
