Beyond Expectations 2/15/2010

The quoted price was very fair, and the communication from the team was excellent. I expect to be treated respectfully and professionally, but eveyone at Shine went beyond the norm and treated me like a VIP. The loaner car program was immensely helpful, and when my circumstance provided unique challenges the team at Shine was flexible, responsive and helped me in ways that I didn't really expect. Shine was very helpful. I had delays from the insurance companies, and they were very patient and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. They provided a loaner car which was great. My car was done before the date they had first given me, that was a nice surprise. My experience with them was wonderful, I would highly recommend them to anyone trying to find a good body shop. more

I was impressed with how they handled the whole repair situation 2/11/2010

Dropped in without appointment and received immediate response of an estimate and ability to schedule an appointment for the work to be started the next day. Work was completed 1 day ahead of schedule and all paperwork with insurance company taken care of without hassle. I hope I don't have to use them in the future, but if so I would return without hesitation. more

Great experience from my first call to picking up my beautifully revived car. 2/7/2010

From my first call to Jade, to the initial bid, and then to schedule the work, needing a ride both when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up....great customer service, thorough. Job was completed when told, and calls were made to inform and keep the communication going. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend to others. My car looks wonderful and I am thrilled and a fan of Shine! I think Shine sets a whole new standard for this type of business. I went to another place for a bid, and waited for 20 minutes and just didn't feel they were as personable or genuine as Jade. I felt that he took pride in everything he does, while they worked for someone else. more

Shine Collision is great! 2/3/2010

They take pride in doing an outstanding job. We were in an accident with a semi-truck that mangled the passenger side of our car. When we got our car back, it looked and ran even better than the day we bought it. I am more than pleased with their care and detail in fixing our car. I don't wish car accidents on anyone, but if my friends ever need to have their cars repaired, I would not hesitate to suggest Shine Collision! more

Appears to be excellent service and very professional staff 1/24/2010

1 part missing and said would be in last week and still no word. Not a big deal because my car was just hit again and will go back to Shine. Also appears that spoiler ends were torn off from trunk and missed. Car did take longer than expected to be fixed, but I was very impressed with the quality of work. more
