I was really impressed with the work they for me on a re key job I needed. The job was done efficiently, very quickly and without error. I do recommend them to friends and family.

I should have known what kind of day it was going to be when I stubbed my toe getting out of bed. That was followed by spilling coffee on my white blouse, being late to work, leaving my sack lunch on the counter, and then of course to top it off I locked my keys in my car when I was finally getting ready to head home after an overly long day. Great. I used my I-phone and pulled up this number. They said they'd be there in less than 30 minutes but with the type of day I was having I doubted it. Much to my surprise, the tech showed up within 20 minutes! He was so nice and cut me a great deal. It was the first thing to go right all day. Thanks for all your friendly and fast service-I REALLY appreciate it! more

Great Customer Service & Selection of Locks!! 12/15/2011

They have a great attitude on the phone! Called a few other locksmiths and they acted like they would be doing me a favor if they came out to me, that was not professional. But I was having trouble with one of my house locks and just needed help. Im very satisfied with the results Sherman Oaks Lock & Safe provided for me. I was even able to come into the store, pick out the locks I want, and the technician followed me to my house and changed them. I can't be more happy to have called them and not the other losers. more

Finally A Store Front!!!! 12/15/2011

I called soooo many other companies and NONE of a store front except them. Sherman Oaks Lock & Safe is a legit store not like other bogus people. Anyways, I just needed a few keys copied because I am having guest over for the holidays and the parking is convenient, the young man who helped me, Roy was very nice and kind. The price per key is reasonable. They have sooo many locks and safes here. Hint!! SHERMAN OAKS LOCK & SAFE! hahaha. But really though, I will use this company again. more

The Dispatcher answered all of my questions and was able to send out a technician to me right away. He arrived in about 15 minutes and got the job done in about half an hour. i was so impressed by the good job he did and the good price he ended up giving me! more

What do I say about them? Only great things. When I needed a locksmith, I just need to make a duplicate copy of my house keys because I was having guest over for the holiday and wanted them to enter and leave freely. Well, I ended up with my safe being 100% REPAIRED and I have been waiting so so long for, but the only reason I haven't gotten it done sooner because other companies said it's expensive and I should just buy another one. This company did it for HALF THE PRICE. I couldn't be more happier. The young man who helped me was very friendly and helpful. He knew everything about the safe and was able to answer any questions I had. It was such a perfect time. I highly recommend them because they are friendly, they care about their customers, and completely affordable! They don't rip us off. Now that's great! :) more
