Too much going on at this hotel for my taste. There are lots of kids running around and families tend to get pushy.

Spent eight days there this past week. Hotel service is very good and the staff is friendly. Plus side: clean rooms two pools (one adult and one family) close to restaurants and shops great views Downside: Both Jacuzzis are on the family side, which was loud and packed with kids. Pool chairs are not very comfortable. Pool chairs are claimed by 8:30 and can be difficult to get, especially if you want to sit with friends. more

Best pool scene in Waikiki 3/29/2010

I'm here in Waikiki for spring break and my friends and I spent all of Sunday at the Sheraton pool. The weather was perfect, the crowd was beautiful and drinks were flowing. We ordered a bunch of Sake-tini's at the Kalia Cafby the pool and they were the perfect day drink. Planning on spending every day here. Pros: Yummy Cocktails and Beautiful Pool Scene more

Ciao An Italian Restaurant 11/12/2008

If you like Italian you have to try Ciao An Italian Restaurant. I have been to Italy and this is the closest I have found to a real Italian meal. The people were friendly and treated us like real guests. more

Great location 5/19/2008

This is a hotel I'd recommend as having great views, a great bar and restaurant, and nice rooms. Everything is really within walking distance and don't need a car or can take a cab anywhere you want to go. more

Great Location 5/19/2008

This is a great hotel. Very nice room with refrigerator. The view is incredible. We were able to watch sea turtles from our balcony. The hotel is nicely furnished and the staff very professional. You are walking distance from many fine restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. more

Really Good Hotel 11/8/2007

This is a really good hotel and offers alot of extras. Ask them for any specials and they will give you passes for shows or point you in the right direction for local entertainment and specials. more

Knowledgeable staff 11/2/2005

The staff here are wonderful, they will answer all your questions about the attractions that you want to visit. They will also give you a map of the place you want to go to. The staff writes out for you the bus that you have to take and where to get off. If they are not sure about something, they will look it up for you. Always has a smile on their face even if you are annoying them by asking them question after question. They also will not give you a hard time if you do not go to that hotel. more
