Dear Friends , VERY NEGATIVE . On trade in they made attempt to rip me off / pardon my french / for at least 7 K which i consider as an significant amount of money and body shop is quite insane !. Hard to believe but they do not know how to change tire for new one without damage it and they done it twice in row !!!!! which is kinda record itself , oh .. and they do not understand difference between nitrogen and air .. and to make this worst they do not care about PSI , so i have got vehicle in each of the wheels different PSI in range of 27 to 38 ha ha :)! with air mixed with nitrogen ...with tire cut so bad i needed to drive to another dealership to get the new one . Local police dept fixing cars there , with all do respect i wonder if they are able to do their job using cars fixed by Shepard ! Thats really scary dealership ! My next note is to BBB . . I went to Shepard when I got fed up with the other dealership that I have written a review for. I was pleasantly surprised to find a totally diffrent experience here. The service department has helped me out of some pretty extensive repairs on my Blazer on and off warrenty. When I needed a new throttle body they shopped around for me without my asking and found one that was almost 75% cheaper than regular price. I hate getting repairs done but if I have to I take my vehicles to Shepard!! more
