I did not expect to be unhappy. Had a brake fluid issue. No problem. As long as we are working that system, check the brake shoes as well. No problem. BUT. AND THIS IS BIG. ...

These guys always do the job. I can always get an appointment, they always call back, they are up front and honest about the work and the cost. And the car always runs great after they've had it. more

I just moved to the area and saw that James Madison Shell had good reviews. I took my car in for a state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. I was quite pleased with the customer service and didn't feel like anybody was trying to take advantage of me as the new guy in town. I will bring my car back! more

Friendly, professional & reasonable prices 8/3/2013

I had headlight alignment problem & needed a safety inspection. I thought I would have to make two separate trips but they realigned the headlight & performed the inspection with a minimal charge for the headlight realignment. more

Excellent and professional employees. I went in for a car inspection and it didn't take that long. Excellent job. Now the price for fixing my A/C was way too much. Gesh. But overall, excellent experience. more

Forgot to set digital counter which keeps track of percent until next oil change. Otherwise everything was fine. more

It is convenient as near my house. The staff are all very professional and the place is clean and comfortable for clients to seat and read newspapers, etc. while waiting. Fast and reliable service... American style of efficiency and honesty. more
