Honest and Fair 8/21/2013

Contacted them to get a quote on brakes. They got back to me immediately. Guy at the front desk (Richard) took care of me instantly when I went in and checked out my brakes for free. Got some quotes on other services and was surprised at how reasonably priced it all was. Very nice, honest guys. Didn't try to sell me parts or services I didn't need. more

Honest 8/16/2013

My whole family has been bringing their cars to Shelby Tire since I was little and now I'm 42 and have been doing the same! It's an honest place that won't feed you any bs! I just took my car there for a notice that ended up being a bigger problem then I thought! They didn't charge me anything for their time and told me I had to find a transmission place! I won't take it anywhere else! more

Electrical & Exhaust 8/15/2013

I have twice visited Shelby Tire & both times they have been fair, honest, & competitively priced. They don't charge you for an hours labor just for looking at your car. If they get it done in 30 minutes, then you only pay for 30 minutes. I was blown away that they repaired my car as quickly as they did & for such a great price. more

Excellent Service and Advice 8/14/2013

I came in due to low pressure in my tires and ended up finding there was a nail and a bolt in my tire. I also was informed that I had a pinion leak that I did not know about. more

Thanks for keeping my daughter's car safe 8/13/2013

Richard evaluated my daughter's car for issues we reported and found several issues with the front and rear suspension that needed repairs. I feel good sending her back to the west side of the state knowing her car is in good condition for driving. Thanks for the peace of mind! more

Helpful, but not thorough 7/17/2013

Everyone did a good job on my old car, but there was some confusion as to the affiliation with Firestone. We use our Firestone credit card there, & we got it through this store. My husband went in and asked for a certain special that we saw on the Firestone website. He was told that they didn't have the Summer Special, but DID have a Bumper to Bumper for another price. I wasn't there, so I didn't hear this, but supposedly we got this Bumper to Bumper service. It was not delineated on any paperwork. That is to say, it was charged, but no specifics were spelled out. I would think that SOMETHING would be of note on a 1997 car, checking Bumper to Bumper. We had asked for the Air Conditioner to be checked, due to it not working. It was recharged, but the repair was $600, so, we opted not. The folks here are fair & honest, but assume you know more than you (we) know. Thank you. more
