Shane was absolutely the right choice for our wedding rings. My husband picked out my engagement ring on his own and found Shane to be reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and very personable. My ring is gorgeous and unique in style. We went back to get his ring and the salesperson was incredibly helpful. We learned that the staff is not paid commission, which makes them less sales-y, and more accommodating. The coverage and care on the rings are unbeatable and we're very happy with our purchases! more

Bought white gold and did not regret it 12/10/2008

I got married a little over a year ago. I have had friends get married who chose rings from other jewelers like kay and Jared and their rings are scratched up from everyday wear and tear. Their diamonds are also lower quality. For me the choice was easy. I told my husband to go to the Shane company because of their guarantee. They take care of your ring for the rest of your life. In the summer my ring can get to tight and I will take it in to get it re sized. Then a few months later I will take it back to get it re sized again and they never charge me at all. One big benefit for me is that they will keep resizing and dipping your ring as long as you want so when I get pregnant and my finger swells I can get it re sized and wear it throughout my pregnancy. When I loose the weight I can get it re sized again! I know many women who have had their ring cut off their finger because it got stuck during their pregnancy. Great Selection 4/2/2006

When I was little, I was given two small Christian Charms for a necklace. Well, I broke the chains many times. When I decied to get a new chain, I came to the Shane Co. They spcialize in diamonds, and I got a beautiful small drop charm for a necklace there, as well as my two new chains. Thier workmanship is great. I really appreciated that the sales staff was not on commision, so there was no pressure from them to make me buy something I didn't really want. I was so pleased with my purchase, I may just go back and get my mother a gift! I think that since they are not so pushy, they made me feel that my opinins were more important than many other local jewlwers. They also had some of the most beautiful saphires I have ever seen. Do not buy white gold 1/14/2006

I have a beautiful ring set, however I have to have the white gold set rhodium plated every couple months. The ring is 1.5 carats, so my husband didn't scrimp. They have a ""satisfaction guarantee,"" however it is for exchange only. Who wants to exchange their wedding rings after they have been married? One salesman suggest having it chrome plated...give me a break. I will just have to take it in every couple of months for the rest of my life to have it look like it should. more
