They were very professional. We hired Shamrock Cleaning and Restoration for the first time a couple of years ago. We had a bad prior experience with a different company, and they made everything very, very good. They cleaned everything, explained what they were doing, and did a perfect job. more

When I came in, it was like looking at brand new carpet! 6/7/2012

I hired Shamrock Cleaning and Restoration to come in after I moved out of my apartment. The rugs had not been cleaned in over a year. Shamrock Cleaning and Restoration did a fantastic job! I highly recommended that they take before and after pictures, which I believe they did. When I came in, it was like looking at brand-new carpet! more

Incredibly clean, prepared, and communicative 5/4/2012

Shamrock Cleaning and Restoration did some carpet cleaning for pet odor and they were extremely professional. They wore protective wear and used corner guards when the hose came in the house. They were extermely clean, and prepared, and left spot cleaner for us to use in the future. We have a difficult carpet to clean so they explained to us how we can maintain it. Of all carpet cleaners I have never been so satisfied. They put runners down, seat covers, and really communicated with us. more

I was referred to Shamrock Cleaning and Restoration by another company that highly recommended Shamrock Cleaning and Restoration. They came out and thoroughly checked everything. They even gave me hints about a chandelier that was imporperly hung. They did a wonderful job and left the area very clean. They were very professional, friendly, helpful, and I really appreciate their services. I highly recommend them and have nothing but good things to say about them! more

Both Larry and the man who came and did the cleaning itself were great. I had nothing but good experiences with them. They have cleaned our carpets three times and we have been nothing but satisfied. They are like family. Shamrock Cleaning and Restoration sent us an emial for a birithday we just had. They always want to know that we are satisfied after they complete the cleaning. They seem to care about what we think. more

Great response time to our emergency...rug is stain-free and tiles sparkle 10/19/2011

We had a bathroom faucet left on all weekend while we were away which caused heavy flooding throughout the house. We called Shamrock, who responded right away, with equipment to quickly dry things up. There is no odor or staining. The carpet looks better than new and the tiles sparkle. Shamrock saved us relacing all the flooring-things look great. They arrived on time and were very professional. We recommend them to anyone. more

Larry is a pleasure to do business with :) Leena does great work. When we leave our office on Friday evenings it's a mess and when we return on Monday morning it's sparkling clean. There's never a question if things will be done thouroughly.....The work and service are always FANTASTIC!!! more

Eric and Larry got my carpets 10 times cleaner than any other company I've tried. They took their time to do the job right and got out stains that the other companies I've used said would not ever come out! Very friendly! Very professional! Best in town, hands down. more

This was the first time we used a new company and it was a success! 10/12/2011

We used Shamrock carpet cleaning services two times in the past 5 months and they did an excellent job on our office. They cleaned our carpets and chairs. We were able to have somebody out immediately and they completed the job quickly during business hours with out being in the way of our usual work day. You definitely get what you pay for with Shamrock! 10/12/2011

Basically Shamrock Cleaning and Restoration just came in, and gave us an accurate statement. Once they did that, the price was still the same. They made sure that I was happy with the service that they did. There were no hidden charges or up-selling, and I really liked that. Shamrock Cleaning and Restoration cleaned carpets, two couches, and a staircase. They're a bit more expensive than other companies, but you definitely get what you pay for, because you won't have to call them for another couple of months. more
