At first look, this place seemed like a wonderful groomers. It's in this shop at someones home. It's very simple and quaint. However, when I spoke to them on the phone there were not very nice, they were very choppy and made it seem like I was wasting their time or bothering them. Once arriving at the shop I should have known it was a bad idea to leave my precious little dog with them as she started shaking violently. About an hour later we picked her up and at first look she looked gorgeous, I thought they had done a really good job for a good price despite being so rude and choppy. We took our dog home and notice she was rubbing her nose like it was bothering her but at first look we couldn't see why. After a few days, she was still rubbing her nose so we held her still and took a closer look and discovered that while trimming up her nose the groomer must of nicked the skin because we found little bits of dried blood and scabs matted in her fur. The groomer either didn't notice what she had done or wasn't professional enough to tell us what had happened. Either way, we are never taking our baby back there and I would recommend that you look elsewhere.
