Take great care of your vehicle and you. 2/20/2014

Great service personal service. They listen to issues you may be having with you vehicle and do a great job trouble shooting and fixing the problems. They do a very thorough inspection of the vehicle when they bring it in, to maintain that the vehicle is safe and in proper maintenance. more

They're fast and they don't try to sell a bunch of other services to get more money out of you like most places I've gone to. You get a free drink from the cooler and they even offer to take you home and pick you up if its gonna take a while to fix your car! more

The start of this Michigan winter has been horrible, it seems like everyone's vehicle is breaking down this time of year, RICH, and the SHADOWOODS team did an outstanding job on my car and I don't have to wait to long of a time!!! I just love them more

proper information not given 1/15/2014

I was not please with my service at all. I had an oil change and then came in a few weeks later to find out my front brakes and rotors had to be replace. I would have expected that when i was in for the oil change they would have mentioned that my brake were bad. I was told everything was fine. Not 2 weeks later my brakes were totally gone. I was very disappointed. I was new to the neighbor hood and had both vechiels oil change. When I questioned the mechanic A young kid. He told me that it was my inside pads that whore out and that wouldnt have been noticable. He seamed a little flip to me. I didnt buy his explaination at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
