I brought in two new wool coats to have the sleeves shorten.\r

1. Both coats are still too long.\r
2. Seams do not line up.\r
3. Loose threading. Will eventually unrival.\r
4. Inner lining ripped at cuff on both coats.\r
5. Cuffs uneven in thickness and width.\r
6. Coats came back full of lint and what looks like pet hair.\r
7. Deadlines not met. Had to chase her down and eventually had my wife pick them up. Unfortunately, my wife does not pay attention to details.\r

I'm out $30 and will have to go find a professional to fix both coats. Not worth the hassle to chase her down.
Cons: Poor quality work.
