Today was the fourth time taking my quilter back to the shop for the same problem. These people have never been trained to fix these machines. No one can open up the quilter, determine the problem, and then fix it. The owner is never there. I was told that she has no set hours. Comes and goes at any time. What kind of an owner is this? I am at my wits end with this machine and the Pfaff. Should never have bought a Pfaff and never bought from Sew Unique. I can't even find out where the USA headquarters is so I can write to them about my frustration and the non-caring attitude from this dealer. Everyone keeps saying my problem is the tension but now one knows how to resolve the problem. They just keep telling me ""bring it in and we will sew, sew, sew on the machine"". How in the heck is that suppose to fix anything? I am really, really angry. Angry enough to obtain a lawyer. Does anyone out there know where I can take my machine to get it fixed correctly and efficiently? Pros: one decent employee Cons: where to begin more

BUYER BEWARE!!!! 7/3/2009

My Mother bought a long-arm quilter from this business and has had difficulty getting any service to assist her in setting the machine up and getting it to work correctly, I don't know if you've ever priced a long-arm quilter, but they are nearly as expensive a low-end new car. The other person that works there states she is not certified in the use of this Pfaff quilter and therefore can not help her out at all. The last time we went in to ask for help again, the owner came in, went into the back and hid from us while we were trying to get assistance with the machine. The owner left her employee, the same employee that isn't ""certified"" and has no idea how to use the machine deal with us trying to ask her how to get the machine to work. The owner got her commission money, I sure she has no problems letting someone else deal with any problems. Over a month since she got her machine, my Mom finally called another person and is paying out of her pocket for the help that should have come with the purchase of this machine. That person that is helping my Mom said that she helped another person with the exact same machine and complaint from this store. Meanwhile the store owner has had her money for over two months. What's even more deplorable about this entire situation is the fact that my Mom has dozens of quilts ready to be quilted that she hasn't been able to finish. She sends these colorful quilts to overseas American soldiers, and had really looked forward to being able to quickly get many quilts made. Because her quilter doesn't work, she can only get one to two quilts finished a week instead of a more than a dozen, like she would like to do. This business is horrible. Employees that are not educated in the products they sell, and an owner that doesn't care once she gets her money make it tops on my ""never go back to again"" list. BUYER BEWARE!!!
