They promptly followed up with information about reservations, menu, and entertainment a number of times. Courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. Different from other restaurants that acted as if we were doing them a favor by coming on New Years Eve. Pleasantly greeted, glad to see the rooms were broken up, not just one big room. Intimate table, spent almost three hours eating. We ordered three appetizers; each better than the next, two delicious dinners and two great deserts. Surprised and pleased to receive our food one item at time, beautifully split for each of us, so that we had more of a seven course meal. On a busy night like New Years, we could have been rushed, but they took the time to make the experience flow, the presentation special and the night memorable. No hint of snootiness and food was wonderful. Food 9.5, overall experience a 10.
