This place is hands down my favorite happy hour spot. While they don't have the cheapest happy hour cocktail prices, they give you more bang for your buck and use only the best alcohol. Their drinks are very strong, absolutely delicious and all of their cocktails are only $5 during happy hour. The food is equally delicious. Remember you're at a tapas bar, so it will be a small portion, but they make seviche like no other. The best part is that during happy hour, tapas are only $5 too! This is such a unique place. If you're in the mood for something different and fun then you'll enjoy Seviche. The food and drinks are excellent. A great place to find unique food and drinks in a city not always open to new ideas. My wife and I came here for drinks and appetizers before a show downtown. Although I had never tried seviche and was a bit apprehensive, our waiter helped us decide upon Fire and Ice snapper and Asian Tartare tuna, which was perfect for our tastes. I was pleasantly surprised with the freshness of the ingredients and the delicious preparation of the food. As for drinks, it was hard to decide between a large selection of beers or a specialty drink. I didn’t go wrong with the Key Lime Mojito, and it was impossible to stop at just one – especially with so many to choose from. My wife enjoyed her glass of ‘El Felino’ malbec, a rare find in Pittsburgh. We will definitely be back! more

My husband and I went to Seviche recently with another couple. The menu is tapas-style and everything we ordered was actually very delicious. The cold side was tastier than the hot. If you like sushi, it's definitely something you should try. My favorites were the fire-and-ice w/ crab or langostino and the tatake w/ tuna (I think - didn't grab a menu so not positive). Yummy. The pomegranate mojito is fantastic as was the kiwi margarita.
